Creative and collaborative psychotherapy for you

Supporting teens and adults struggling with grief and loss, traumatic life experiences, and anxiety. My approach includes expressive arts therapies, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed therapy, including EMDR.

Perhaps you’ve arrived here because...

Grief feels overwhelming and isolating. Whether you're mourning a loss, navigating life after a traumatic event, or carrying the weight of unspoken sorrow, you may feel stuck between deep pain and a world that keeps moving forward.

Anxiety makes it hard to feel at peace. Racing thoughts, self-doubt, and worry may be running the show. You might feel disconnected from yourself, constantly on edge, or struggling to relax—even when you’re exhausted.

Trauma has left you feeling lost. Maybe something happened that changed you, leaving you feeling unsafe, uncertain, or disconnected from who you used to be. Your body may hold tension and fear, even when your mind says you're "fine."

Relationships feel strained or lonely. You want deeper connection but often feel unseen, misunderstood, or emotionally distant—even from the people who love you.

Your body doesn’t feel like a safe place. Maybe you struggle with self-compassion, body image, or trusting your own needs. You want to feel more at home in yourself.

At Prismatic Arts Counseling, we understand these feelings and are here to support you. Our collaborative and creative therapy approaches can provide a safe space for you to explore your emotions, reconnect with yourself, and build healthier relationships. Whether in-person in Seattle or online, we offer tailored counseling for individuals facing grief, anxiety, trauma, and more, helping you to move towards healing and resilience.

You are welcome here.

If any of this resonates, I want you to know:

Change is possible, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on the path of healing.

Through creative, somatic, and relational therapy, I help people like you find healing, regain an empowered sense of self, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned.

✔ Process and integrate your experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
✔ Develop coping strategies that help you feel more grounded and at ease.
✔ Reconnect with your emotions, body, and inner wisdom.
✔ Strengthen relationships and cultivate deeper self-trust.
✔ Create a life that feels more fulfilling and authentic.

Light refracting through a prism mirrors the process of therapy. Rays of light are experienced as an orchestra of colors previously hidden. Similarly, therapy provides a comprehensive look at the strengths, beliefs, and values that play a role in the greater narrative of your life. What was once a limited and rigid understanding of the self is transformed into multifaceted, expansive self-awareness. Therapy invites you into the realization that you are already whole and that who you are, right now, is enough. The ritual of therapy creates space for compassion, curiosity, and possibility in the constellation of yourself and your life.

“Trust that your worth goes beyond what is seen, and every day is a part of a greater story of who you are becoming.”
