Grief can feel like a wild, uncharted, and lonely landscape. In this group, we will co-create strategies for being with your grief. Drawing from the creative arts, drama therapy, ritual, and somatic practices, this group offers a unique alternative to healing that privileges authentic expression.
Often, there aren’t words to describe our grief. Traversing the depths of grief using creative arts can give form to our experience and invite us to deeply witness and commune with our loss. In this group, you are invited to explore your unique expression of grief through various creative modalities including creative writing, role playing the parts of grief, storytelling, and art making.
This group is a healing space to share and process your grief. All types of loss are welcome.
All Types of Loss Welcome
Although no two person’s experience of loss or grief is the same, I invite people with all types of loss to join this group. Pain cannot be ranked, placed on a hierarchy, or invalidated by the suffering of another. Grief is unique and grief is universal. There is wisdom, healing, and courage in shared grief.
