Therapy for grief and trauma that meets you where you are.
Make space for grief and heal old wounds so you can move through life with greater ease.
In-person in Seattle and virtual throughout WA
I help young adults and highly sensitive people navigate grief and loss, relational trauma, and emotional overwhelm so they can stay connected to life without leaving their grief behind. I’ll help you cultivate your capacity to feel, rebuild safety in your body, and reconnect with yourself and others in meaningful ways. I’ll help you create a relationship with grief that makes room for honoring loss and living a full life. Together, we’ll work toward healing that allows you to feel more empowered and at ease in your life.
Perhaps you’ve arrived here because...
Grief feels overwhelming and isolating. Whether you're mourning a loss, navigating change or transition in life, or carrying the weight of unspoken sorrow, you may feel stuck between deep pain and a world that keeps moving forward.
Trauma has left you feeling disconnected. Something happened that changed you or a complex history of harm has led you to feeling unsafe, uncertain, or disconnected from who you used to be. Your body may hold tension and fear, even when your mind says you're "fine." Maybe you struggle with self-compassion, body image, or trusting your own needs. You want to feel more at home in yourself.
Anxiety makes it hard to feel at peace. Racing thoughts, self-doubt, and worry may be running the show. You might feel disconnected from yourself, constantly on edge, or struggling to relax—even when you’re exhausted. You want deeper connection but often feel unseen, misunderstood, or emotionally distant—even from the people who love you.
Light refracting through a prism reveals colors that were always there. Therapy works the same way — illuminating the strengths, beliefs, and values woven into your story, and expanding what was once a narrow understanding of yourself into something multifaceted and whole. You are already enough. Therapy simply creates space to see that.
