Individual Mental Health Therapy
for Adults and Adolescents (ages 13+)
Individual therapy is a space to explore your life story where you will
bear witness to your pain and your joy
access and practice strategies that support you in living a meaningful life
and rediscover yourself with more agency and compassion
You deserve to prioritize yourself and your wellbeing.
I have virtual and in-person availability at my office space in Pioneer Square, Seattle.
Therapy is most effective over the course of many sessions. Unless otherwise determined, we begin by meeting weekly to establish a relationship and trust. We can collaboratively discuss shifting to bi-weekly after a few weeks or months.
I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation to give us a chance to meet, discuss what brings you to psychotherapy, and create space to answer any questions you may have.
I currently am licensed to work with people located in the state of Washington.
Intake Session Fee: $200
Individual Counseling Session Fee: $150
I accept all major debt, credit, HSA and FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of the appointment.
As part of my commitment to make therapy more accessible, I accept a limited number of clients on a sliding-scale payment structure. In the case you have a financial need for sliding-scale, please inquire about sliding-scale availability.
Insurance: I am not in network with any insurance providers.
I can provide a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. It is recommended that you check with your insurance provider regarding out-of-network benefits. You can check on your insurance company’s out-of-network provider terms by asking the following questions:
Does my policy have mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network associate-level provider?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
