Good Grief: A Creative-Arts Grief and Loss Group for Adults
This group is a healing space to share and process your grief. All types of loss are welcome. We will co-create communal and personal strategies for being with your grief. Drawing from the creative arts, drama therapy, ritual, and somatic practices, this group offers a unique alternative to healing that privileges authentic expression. Join this group to find more freedom in your expression and experience of grief!
This six-week group is held in-person on Tuesday evenings at The Shelterwood Collective in Pioneer Square.
